Capcora supports the transfer of eno energy’s German onshore wind development pipeline

Capcora has advised the insolvency administrator of eno energy GmbH, Dr. Christoph Morgen of Brinkmann & Partner, on the sale of a large onshore wind development portfolio in Germany. The transaction marks another key milestone in the orderly continuation of eno energy’s asset base following the company’s insolvency. Under the transaction, a leading German renewable energy developer, has acquired a portfolio of approximately 50 onshore wind projects with a total planned capacity of around 1 GW. The projects are distributed across multiple German federal states and represent a significant share of the pipeline previously developed by eno energy.

Capcora has successfully supported the insolvency administrator Dr. Christoph Morgen from Brinkmann & Partner on the execution of several M&A transactions in Germany in connection with the recent insolvency of Rostock-based onshore wind developer and manufacturer eno energy GmbH. Capcora acted as the exclusive adviser to the administrator, structuring and guiding the sale processes. eno energy systems GmbH, a subsidiary of eno energy GmbH, has successfully sold its wind turbine service and maintenance activities to Iver, Experts in Wind. In a separate transaction, the technical and commercial operations management (TCM) activities of eno energy were sold to a confidential buyer. The two transactions were concluded in December 2025 and January 2026.

Capcora Supports Insolvency Administrator of eno energy on French Subsidiary M&A

Capcora successfully supported the insolvency administrator, Dr. Christoph Morgen of Brinkmann & Partner, on the execution of an M&A transaction arising from the recent insolvency of the Germany-based onshore wind developer and manufacturer eno energy. The transaction within a share purchase agreement concerned the sale of its French subsidiary, Energie Eolienne France SAS (eno France), which was acquired by the European independent power producer (IPP) Qair. Capcora acted as the exclusive adviser to the administrator.
