Orrön Energy has entered into an agreement for the sale of another large-scale Agri‑PV project, which is a ready-to-permit Agri‑PV development with the option for co‑located, behind‑the‑meter BESS. With an expected installed capacity of 91 MWp, the project combines renewable power generation with continued agricultural land use and increased grid flexibility through storage integration. The transaction is structured as a forward Ready‑to‑Build (RTB) sale. Capcora acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A adviser.

The successful transaction marks another important milestone in Orrön Energy’s German development strategy and further demonstrates the strength, scalability and repeatability of its largescale AgriPV development platform. The divestment follows Orrön Energy’s portfolio sale of three AgriPV projects (234 MW total capacity) in December 2025, as well as the sale of a 76 MWp AgriPV project in July 2025, where Capcora also acted as the exclusive M&A adviser. Together, these transactions highlight Orrön Energy’s ability to consistently originate, develop and monetise complex, largescale AgriPV projects in Germany, supported by a robust and growing pipeline and sustained investor demand for highquality renewable energy assets.

The transaction underlines the continued evolution of Agri‑PV from a niche application to a mainstream renewable energy asset class in Germany. Projects with integrated storage are increasingly viewed as particularly attractive, offering enhanced revenue stability, improved grid integration and higher system value.
